WHAT TO EXPECT

Boxen is a boxing fitness / cardio kickboxing circuit style workout. You’ll be using real boxing combinations and kickboxing techniques throughout the circuit. All work is performed on a variety of heavy bags ... without any individual contact! During your first session, we'll give you a tour of our facility and explain our clock system. We'll demonstrate, and have you practice, some of the basic techniques you'll be using during our workouts. With a coach by your side, you will then have the opportunity to perform a portion of our timed circuit, to get a good feel for how our system works and assure it properly fits your needs.

FIRST TIMER SPECIAL

You will receive a FREE set of hand wraps when you sign up on the same day of your first FREE session.

CHECK IN
Please pre-schedule your first visit and be prepared to complete some informational paperwork prior to your workout, including signing a waiver.

WHAT TO WEAR
Come dressed in comfortable workout clothes and bring a set of clean sneakers. If you join our club, we ask that you designate a set of shoes for wearing exclusively on our mats. (Street shoes are not permitted on the mats.)

WHAT TO BRING
Just bring yourself and a bottle of water, if you'd like. Boxing gloves are needed for your first session, but don't worry ... gloves are free to rent for your first session. Feel free to bring your own, if you already have them.

DON'T BE NERVOUS
Trying something new and different for the first time can be intimidating and feel a bit scarey, but don’t worry!  Everyone starts somewhere, as a beginner. There will be a coach, by your side, to work with you at your level.
