Similar to our boxing / kickboxing circuit, our boot camps run on a clock system, with no set class times ... simply show up when it's convenient for you to get your sweat on. BBC workouts incorporate jumping rope, kettlebells, medicine balls, weights and a variety of body weight exercises.
